We believe that all good businesses train their teams to be the best they can, support them where possible and pay a fair wage to staff, all our cleaning technicians start at £11.50 while training and then from £12.60 per hour, our team leaders earn from £14.50 per hour, Afterbuild, deep/spring, tenancy cleaning techs start at £15 per hour with Team leaders earning from £16.90 per hour.
They get fuel allowances, training and discounts and support through our outsourced Human Resources.
We encourage employee well-being, we encourage them to speak to their team members, Team leaders, and managers if they are struggling, we also have a plan with Medicash to help with optical, dental, and physiotherapy treatments, preventative checks and jabs, prescriptions, consultations, and even diagnostic tests.
