A 50% deposit is required for bookings, including Tenancy, Deep, Spring, Post-build, Oven, One-off and Carpet Cleaning. This deposit is a standard part of our booking process.

Yes, our cleaners undergo background checks and are insured as staff members under Done and Dusted Service.

Regular cleaning typically covers dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom and kitchen cleaning.

Our cleaners are trained to handle various cleaning equipment and tools.

We bring our own cleaning supplies and equipment. However, we ask that you have a mop, bucket and vacuum in working order, for our team members who travel on public transport to use.

As a family-run cleaning business, we are working towards a carbon neutral business. This means our cleaning technicians only use eco-friendly products, as we do not supply or use harsh products. We recycle, repair and reuse as much as we can.

We normally work Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 3.30pm. Unfortunately, we are unable to give a specific time of arrival on a service day. We can provide an hours’ time frame of when we are due to arrive. If you are a member of our VIP service, you can book a specific time, depending on availability. We aim to make every effort to meet your preferences.

Our staff will either be alone or in teams of 2, for regular cleans. Spring, deep and tenancy cleans will have between 2 to 4 cleaners. Our staff clock in on our system, via an app on their phone. This enables us to know their location throughout their clean and when they leave your premises. Lone cleaners are aware to check in with our admin staff regularly. If you have a clean that takes 4 hours and one cleaner turns up, that cleaner will clean for four hours. If a team of two cleaners turn up, they will clean for two hours (2 cleaners cleaning for two hours each). You get the same clean in half the time.

Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance, and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment. Under 24 hours notice, there is full charge and 24-48 hours there is 50% charge.

Yes, we can schedule cleaning services during or after business hours for minimal disruption. 

Costs depend on the size of your home, the type of service you require, how often you require us to come and clean your home, the amount of time spent cleaning, cost of cleaning solutions and materials etc.

Our Domestic teams work Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm. While we do not offer weekend, evening or public holiday cleaning services on a regular basis, we may be able to arrange this on an occasional basis.

Sundays are charged an additional fee to account for the extra demand on these days. For regular cleans, there is a 20% fee and for tenancy/deep/one-off cleaning services, it’s 40%. This additional fee is applied on top of the regular invoice price.

Yes, additional charges apply for parking, ULEZ (Ultra Low Emission Zone) and Congestion zones. In areas where permits are required, these must be provided by the Client at their own cost.

Deep cleaning is recommended every 3-6 months for a thorough clean depending on your home.

Done and Dusted service uses national average room sizes when calculating quotations over the phone.

Our terms and conditions outline the contractual agreement between Done & Dusted and the Client. They encompass the responsibilities of both parties adherence to Regulations, Codes of Conduct and the Client’s acceptance of these terms when using our services.

The ‘Walkthrough’ is a pre-clean visit to assess risks, estimate cleaning time and provide a price. The ‘Cleaning Visit’ is when the Cleaner or Cleaning Team carries out the Service at the Client’s service address.

The Client’s acceptance of these terms is indicated through any use of the Company’s services, including ordering services via telephone, email or website forms.

End of Tanncy Cleaning is quoted based on the job’s specific conditions including room count, bathrooms, WCs, shower rooms and en-suits. The price is not based on hours per cleaner, but on the overall job.

These terms and conditions establish a contract between Done & Dusted and the Client. Both parties are obligated to undertake their respective responsibilities in compliance with statutory regulations and codes of conduct.

Any changes to these terms and conditions require written approval by a director of the Company. These terms are designed to prevail over other terms of business or purchase conditions proposed by the Client.
